and was the last member of the Outlawz brought in by the famous Death Row musician. Hailing from California and growing up in New Jersey, Young Noble developed connections with other Outlawz members Yaki Khadafi and Hussein Fatal.
The Outlawz rapper E.D.I. Mean shared information regarding Noble’s passing on

I received some of the most terrible and unforeseen news possible today. My brother and business partner for more than 30 years passed away this morning,” he stated along with an image featuring both of them. “Rest in Power, Rufus Young Noble Cooper.
E.D.I. added: “I’m clearly not in a position to discuss this at the moment, so PLEASE allow me and his family some space to deal with everything. Mental health struggles affect countless people every day. Make sure to check in on your loved ones!”
